1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aladdin Bakery website (the "Site") or placing an order with Aladdin Bakery (operating as A'ILAH, "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, pricing errors, ingredient shortages, or operational reasons. Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment until the order has been accepted by the bakery.

3. Food Allergens & Health Disclaimer

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of any specific allergen, and cross-contact may occur. Customers with allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions assume all risk associated with consuming our products. If you have any concern, do not order.

4. Third-Party Delivery

Delivery is provided by independent third-party platforms (including UberEats and SkipTheDishes). Once an order leaves our premises, we have no control over delivery time, handling, temperature, or condition on arrival. We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, delays, damages, or losses caused by these third-party providers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Aladdin Bakery name, logo, branding, photography, recipes, copy, and design, is the property of Aladdin Bakery or its licensors (including Arketikt Studio for the website design and development) and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aladdin Bakery, A'ILAH, Arketikt Studio, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, our products, or our services, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or CAD $50, whichever is lower.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aladdin Bakery, A'ILAH, Arketikt Studio, and their respective owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Website Provided "As Is"

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
