Our Story

A family bakery, three decades in the making.

Aladdin began with a simple promise: to bake the bread we grew up with, the way our grandmother taught us. Thirty years later, we've kept that promise, one batch at a time.

Our Craft

Slow dough. Hot stone. Patient hands.

Every loaf still proofs overnight. Every pie is folded by hand before sunrise. Our zaatar is milled from imported wild thyme, sumac and toasted sesame , the same blend we've used since day one.
