Ottawa · Lebanese Bakery · Est. 1996

The taste of Lebanon, baked in Ottawa since 1996.

Stone-baked manakish, hand-folded fatayer, and family recipes from our village, still made the way our grandmother taught us.

Every batch fired on hot stone, hand-shaped before sunrise, the way it's done in the village.

Our Craft

From our village kitchen to your Ottawa table.

Aladdin opened in 1996 with a single recipe and a stone oven. We still mill our own zaatar from imported wild thyme and toasted sesame, still proof every batch by hand, and still know most of our customers by name.
